Herbert Bensen - The Relaxation Response Sean Stephensen - Get off your BUT Noah St. John - The Secret Code of Success (this is where I learned the power of asking ourselves the right questions) - A must read. Bill O'Hanlon - Do One Thing Different - another great book that gives you many tools to change your thoughts and thereby your outcomes. Maxwell Maltz and Dan Kennedy - The New Psycho-Cybernetics - kind of a strange title, but it talks a LOT about going into the theater of your mind and first envisioning what you want, and by replaying that mental movie of your desired outcome - you create a new belief system. Once you have the belief - you can see what is possible which leads to action which leads to results. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SAY HELLO!
